Every heart has experienced pain, trauma, or confusion.

It’s easy to shut down emotions, to become frozen or not at peace.

But there is hope, when light can break through the cracks.

And pain and processes can be released!

Let your heart speak!

This is a space to reflect upon and identify your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and root issues, and ultimately, to explore the redemptive path to healing and transformation.

About Art Therapy

Art is a language.
It’s not a language of words. Expressing ourselves is a human need. If talking about an issue can already bring half the healing, then expressing ourselves through art can do too! Colors, shapes, and gestures that bring awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Through art, understanding can take place. You cannot paint what you don’t know, and what you place on paper tells the story about your life.

What is art therapy?
Art therapy is a holistic type of therapy that uses the fine arts (drawing, painting, sculpting, and collage) to improve a person’s social, mental, and emotional well-being. Through these art forms, the art therapist helps individuals explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Art therapy is not about creating a beautiful or aesthetic piece of art, but about the free expression of the heart in a safe place. Art therapy can be a helpful tool for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, addictions, burn out & relationship conflicts.
